Swetha Mohan, the famous South Indian singer got hitched on January 16 to Ashwin. The groom had been a long time friend of the singer. Over the years Swetha has lend her voice to various films that ranged from Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil and Kannada productions.

Veteran playback singer Yesudas, music director V Dakshinamurthy and Kerala culture affairs minister
M A Baby were among those who attended the wedding.

Swetha Mohan is the daughter of famous singer Sujata Mohan and Dr Mohan.

Shweta resides in Trivandrum, Kerala and she is a graduate from Stella Maris College.
