ADMISSION INTO POST BASIC B.Sc., COURSE FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2009-10

Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Andhra Pradesh has announce Admission Notification 2009-2010 for B.Sc. Nursing Course (For women candidates only).

Applications are invited from the women candidates who satisfies the following eligibility criteria for admission into Post Basic B.Sc., (Nursing) Course into Private Nursing Colleges affiliated to Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada.

Eligibility : Candidates should have passed Intermediate or its equivalent (10+2) examination with Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology (Biology) as optional subjects and General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) course from any institution recognized by the Government of AndhraPradesh / Nursing Council of India.

Age : Candidates should have completed 21 years and should not be more than 45 years of age as on 31-12-2009. For SC/ST candidates upper age limit is relaxed by 3 years.

Service: Should have completed 2 years of service as a Staff Nurse by 31-12-2009

Submission of Application Form :

(a) Attested copies of all required certificates. (b) Demand Draft (original) of Rs.600/- for OC/BC (Rs.400/- for SC/STs) drawn not earlier than 19.01.2010 in favour of the Registrar, Dr.NTR University of Health Sciences, payable at Vijayawada on any Nationalized Bank.The filled in application form with the above enclosures shall be sent either by post or in person so as to reach the Registrar, Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada – 520 008 on or before 5.00 PM on 30.01.2010.
