a new eco-friendly car powered by a 1.2 L engine that claims to deliver a 15 KMPL fuel efficiency. The family car will be priced around 4 lakhs ($8,000 Approx) with its petrol engine falling under C segment cars.

The car will be available in two versions with three rows and two rows seating options having seating capacity of five and seven passengers respectively.

The vehicle has been designed specifically for the domestic market in the past three years and will comply with the Bharat Stage IV Emission Norms.

The Maruti Eeco will replace the flop Versa model in the market. The car will be capable of carrying five to seven people.
