Qualification : Candidates possessing a Graduation degree from a recognized University with one year Computer Diploma in Computer Applications from any Government or a recognized Institute.
Age : between 18 to 37 years as on 31.1.2011 would be eligible
Scale of Pay : Rs. 6500/- per month
Written Test for all candidates will be held on 13.02.2011 at 11.30 am
Application Fee : Demand Draft of perscribed Application Fee amount of Rs. 250/ for General Cacndidates- (Rs. 100/- for Scheduled Caste Candidates) in favour of “Director, CDAC MOHALI” PAYABLE AT MOHALI/CHANDIGARH.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION/ INFORMATION FOR APPLYING ONLINE
1. Before applying online, the Demand Draft should be ready as per the amount applicable for the category of the candidate as the Draft Number, Date and Bank Name details are required to be entered in the form.
2. Fill out the form available on the site http://recruitment.cdacmohali.in by clicking at the link “Punjab Health System Corporation”.
3. The online application will be recieved up till 5:00PM of 20/01/2011.
4. Get the printout (2 copies) of the filled in form after the Registration number is generated and send one copy of the form bearing the registration number with self attested photograph along with original demand draft at the following address : C-DAC, A-34, Industrial Area, Phase 8, Mohali.
5. Only On-line registered application forms will be entertained i.e. applications sent by post / in person will not be entertained. The registration number generated in the form should be written at the back of the demand draft along with the name of the candidate. Please do not send any other documents except the demand draft along with the application.
6. The fee draft should reach C-DAC (complete address is to be given) by 5:00PM of 25/01/2011 i.e. from the last date of applying online through speed post or registered post. The application fee recieved after 5:00PM of 25/01/2011 will not be considered.
7. The candidate can check his/her fee confirmation by visiting the site again by entering his/her registeration number and password from 30/01/2011 onwards.
8. Candidates are cautioned to keep his/her password strictly confidential.
9. For any problem, help can be taken from the help line no 0172-2237052 available during working hours(9:00AM to 5:30PM).
10. Candidates are advised to visit http://recruitment.cdacmohali.in website regularly for more updates.
11. Candidates will be responsible for any mistakes made by him/her in his/her application form. Punjab Health System Corporation /CDAC Mohali shall not be responsible for the same.
12. A written test for all candidates will be held on 13/02/2010 at 11.30 A.M. Venue for the test will be intimated on the admit card ,available online on website http://recruitment.cdacmohali.in. which shoud be downloaded and printed and should be available with the candidate ate the time of written test.
13. Merit list will be prepared on the basis of written test and will be available on www.punjabhealth.co.in after 16.02.2011 along with information regarding the venue , date and time of couselling. Candidates will not be informed informed about the result and counselling schdule.
