Bank of Baroda, the country’s third-largest public sector lender, is planning to recruit 3,500 people including officers during the
current fiscal.
“We are going to recruit about 3,500 people by March 2010 including 2,000 clerks and 1,000 probationary officers,” Bank of Baroda Chairman and Managing Director M D Mallya told media.
Besides, the bank is going to do campus recruitment, he said, adding, “we are planning to go to reputed institutes like IIMs and IITs”.
Applicants must be with in the age group of 21 to 30 years to be eligible to apply for the vacancies. Relaxation in the upper age limit will be by 3 years for OBC’s, 5 years for SC/ST and 10 years for Ex-servicemen.
Once selected, the candidates will be in probation period of 1 year after which they will be put in the scale of Junior Management grade scale I (See all bank payment scales) with a pay of Rs.10000 – 18240.
Educational Qualifications
Applicants must have completed their Graduate or Post graduate Degree (Professional or Otherwise) in any stream from a recognized University. Knowledge of computers is essential. No post qualification experience is essential. Selection of candidates will be done through a written exam followed by an Interview.

All Candidates willing to apply must have to pay the required fee in any Scheduled bank in the form of a DD in favour of ‘Bank of Baroda Probationary Officer recruitment- Project 2010’.
Candidates have to return to the Bank of Baroda website and complete the online application.

sir requested for change of test center from Varansi to AGRA a number of times for regd no 1174580 but sorry to inform U that no reply had been recieved from ur end despite my genuine problem persists that shows that bank management is not concerned for public grievances

In respect of regd no 1163892 for post of clerk requested for change of test center from Lucknow to AGRA after adding new center in ur notification that too after the offline date for online regd which again shows that how bank people are irresponsible in discharging their responsibilities towards public
